S - Strength: What is going well with your current cleaning service?
W - Weakness: The pet peeve of your space, such as dust, sharred bathrooms, clutter, etc as well as what is not going well or could be done better?
O - Opportunity: LCA will point out areas typically forgotten and make suggestions where improvements could be made.
T - Threat: Potential Problems or Challenges: Such as a future office move, high traffic areas, heavy machinery or equipment that will need to be cleaned around, increased usage of your space durring various seasons, etc.
